Merry Christmas 2008

We decorated the dogs this year with reindeer antlers Aunt JoAnn sent from Texas. This is Chubby the reindeer.
Bo didn't like the idea of being a reindeer. He thought the antlers were a fun new toy to chew.
A big thanks to Randy and Melissa for inviting us all to come to their house on Christmas day. For a change, the mess wasn't at my house! When the kids got started opening gifts, Grandpa had a pocket full of batteries so he could be the Christmas hero every time someone opened a toy that needed batteries.
Here's Dusty, Madison, Hunter and Chance. Everyone was so excited to get started.
Azlin's Christmas baby!
Madison got Hannah Montana! I think she's going to be the next singing star!
Chance...please keep your eyes open when Grandma has the camera!
Dusty got a puppy, the kind you don't have to feed!
Chance and Dusty.
Hunter got a truck that looked like it had been crashed...it was suppose to be that way. Toys these days are strange. Or maybe I'm just getting old!?

Kelly and Kyler came to Uncle Randy and Aunt Melissa's house too. This is Kyler opening his first present.
Madison made this cute picture for Melissa, pretty good little artist huh?!
I think this is so cute, everyone's looking at Kyler with an "what'ja get?" expression on their faces.
Chance opening his electric guitar...the neighbors better watch out when he starts to jam!
Little Miss Azlin with her first bike!
Hunter with his new green bike! He was so excited. If you look close, you can see Chance's new bike with the red bow on the seat in the background.
Dusty Jo...I told her she was my Christmas present!
Azlin, Madison and Hunter, they're all enjoying the cool stuff.

Kyler, the little monkey, sitting on Grandpa's shoulders.
After going to Uncle Randy and Aunt Melissa's house, Kyler and Kelly came back to Grandpa and Grandma's house. Since they had just moved, Santa didn't know their new address so he left Kyler's presents at Grandma's house.
The Incredible Hulk!
Look, I got Hot Wheels!
The Incredible Hulk and Spiderman! These two are such a pair!

My Trip to Texas

This is my big brother, John, aka "Bubba" He's such a great big brother. For Christmas this year, he gave me a trip to Texas. I left Utah on December 9th and returned on the 14th. We had so much fun. Even though it rained most of the time I was there, and was cold, I really enjoyed myself. And the folks in Texas really know how to cook!
Bubba was telling stories at the dinner table, we were trying to decide what was truth, and what was fiction.
This shot is just one of the many shots of his beautiful horses and his land. From left to right this is Little Bit, Shadow, Timmy the Pony and Tequilla.
Bubba feeding Rusty, Cisco and Tequilla.
This is Jenny, the donkey. She's so funny, and very noisy!
Little Bit, Stormy the dog and Bubba.
Rusty, Cisco and Tequilla.
Pickles and Stormy getting a treat, Weasey is in the background headed their way in hopes for a treat too.
John feeding Belle with Pickles and Stormy both close by as always.
I love this view. This is the front pasture that you can see from the road. These are the babies, Shadow and Little Bit.
Another shot of Shadow and Little Bit.
Here's Bubba on "Maggie's Porch". Maggie was his Rottweiler, may she rest in peace. She loved to sleep on this porch and I understand why. It is so peaceful there.

Thanksgiving at Grandpa and Grandma Cunningham's

Grandma Jane had her house decorated so nice, all ready for Christmas. We had a great time. Rick was busy with his mom and dad in the kitchen getting things ready. Then we all sat down and ate way too much. Notice there are no pictures of Dusty in this post, that's because she spent most of her time pounding on Grandma's piano!

Time to Eat!
